This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Under Bounce ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you play. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Advertising identifiers. The App displays ads through Google AdMob, which may access your device's advertising ID and similar identifiers to serve and measure ads.
Gameplay & account data. We use Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to save your game progress, points, lives, owned items, and leaderboard nickname. Sign-in can be anonymous or, optionally, linked to a Google account.
Device & usage data. Standard technical data such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and approximate region may be processed to operate the App and prevent fraud or cheating.
Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by the Google Play / Apple App Store billing systems. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

To provide core gameplay, save progress, and sync across sessions.
To operate global leaderboards.
To display advertising, including rewarded, interstitial, and banner ads.
To detect and prevent cheating, abuse, and fraudulent activity.
To process in-app purchases and restore previous purchases.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob to show advertisements. AdMob and its partners may use device identifiers and cookies to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure performance. You can learn how Google uses this data at Google Partner Sites Policy.

Depending on your region, you may be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can manage ad personalization in your device settings (e.g. by resetting or limiting your advertising ID).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above as needed to operate the App, or where required by law.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights

Gameplay and account data is retained while your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
