Welcome to Under Bounce ("the Game"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game application and related services provided by us. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of consent in your country) to play this Game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before you use the Game.

2. License to Use the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and play the Game on a mobile device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Accounts and Progress Syncing

Anonymous Access: The Game utilizes automatic anonymous authentication to allow immediate access without registration. Your progress, virtual currency (Points), and lives are initially saved locally on your device and backed up under this anonymous user ID on our Firebase cloud servers.
Account Linking: You have the option to link your anonymous account to a Google or Apple account to safeguard your progress across devices or app reinstallations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked third-party account credentials.
Data Integrity: We strive to preserve your progress, but we are not liable for any loss of save data, game progress, or virtual items resulting from device failure, app deletion, memory modification, or server outages.

4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Virtual Currency & Assets: The Game allows you to earn or purchase virtual currency ("Points") and obtain virtual assets (such as swords or custom avatars). These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.
Transactions: All purchases (e.g., Point Packs, Remove Ads) are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by the respective store policies or local laws.
Purchase Restoration: You can restore previously purchased non-consumable items (like "Remove Ads") by tapping the "Restore Data" button in the Account screen settings.

5. Leaderboard and Code of Conduct

By choosing a custom display nickname and uploading scores to the global leaderboards, you agree not to:

Use offensive, profane, hateful, or inappropriate language in your nickname.
Modify game memory, use cheats, hacks, scripts, or external tools to manipulate game scores, points, or stats.
Exploit any glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

We reserve the right to reset scores, change inappropriate nicknames, or ban user IDs from the global leaderboards for violating these rules.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, game mechanics, animations, source code, sounds, trademarks, and logos contained in the Game are the exclusive property of us or our licensors. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, or modify the Game without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
